Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be unused and in original condition
* The item must be returned in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable / Limited Warranty Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or warranty coverage due to the nature of the product. For example:

* Damaged or torn rubber boots are not covered under warranty

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued where applicable, including:

* Items returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not caused by us
* Items returned outside the 30-day return period

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

3. Contact your bank regarding processing delays

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
